Rules once it's credited

Notice the order: the balance has to be under £1 before you ask, so this is a cushion after a losing spell – not something to request halfway through a session.

The second kind is part of our Mafia ranks. Each Monday we look at your net loss from the week before and return a share of it. How big a share, and whether it carries rollover, depends on where you've climbed to. Here it is from the top down:

Associate and Soldier don't receive weekly cashback yet – it starts at Caporegime. Below Boss, the Monday amount behaves like any other bonus money: it has to be played through 45 times before it turns into cash you can take out. From Boss upwards there's nothing to clear – it lands as cash and stays cash.

The requested cashback is for anyone, whatever the rank, once the net-deposit and balance conditions line up. The Monday cashback rewards steady play over time and gets genuinely valuable from Boss, where the rollover disappears.
